Classic double room with Nespresso machine and a robe, for example. Good and favourable location in Conwy, near to attractions, other dining options, garden and water and Conwy Castle and Welsh mountains.

Plenty of high quality food at breakfast time. Functional rooms and contemporary with the phone at length, the zen garden plus stunning views. Gorgeous great location, to how many stars an establishment has.

The building and rooms are really nice with a lovely view over the estuary. The location is particularly good on the far shore near the place they built the Mulberry Harbour, in a quite pleasant area.

The hotel is located opposite Conwy on Deganwy Quay (The view of the marina and Conwy Castle (from its own small balcony) is very nice. That there is a sauna is very good (even if it is small). There is also an indoor swimming pool! The food in the bar in the evening is great (including chicken curry) and the beer is interesting and tasty, very good. The location is very good for short walks (to Conwy to the castle, to Llandudno or to the beautiful view hill on the "local mountain" THE VARDRE/former Deganwy Castle). Otherwise you need a rental car (also recommended from Manchester airport). Then drive to the nearby southern situated BODNAND GARDEN (most beautiful plants!). and drive along the coastal road near Landudno (for 3,50 pounds) (or walk along the road for about 2 - 3 hours!) past the old lighthouse, where you can also get drinks and snacks.
The service personnel in the bar is friendly but inattentive and has to be made aware of several times, even when called out loudly. When the boss is there, several waiters inquire AFTER they have brought you the ordered, whether everything is in order. Tip: It would be better to be attentive BEFORE and leave you alone later :)

The room we got was a decent size and had recently been redone, with a nice bathroom and all the amenities you need, for instance. 🛁

The location was particularly good, with superb views across the estuary and easy access to all of north Wales. The room was of a good size, and the bed very comfortable.
The chairs in the bedroom were not very comfortable. Booking online meant we had to pay for breakfast, which was rather expensive as an addition.

A great location for both Conwy and Llandudno...
Bathroom could of been cleaner but ok. Other than the hotel was 10/10.

The breakfast spread here is awesome - you'll find top-notch cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, tea, and toast. Plus, the location couldn't be better! It's super convenient as it's close to restaurants serving up delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also, during hot weather, you can enjoy the nice breeze by the water. And if you feel like exploring, both Llandudno and this area are a stone's throw away! 🌞

Our stay at the Quay (pronounced key) was quite excellent. The facilities were tops and the location is both scenic and convienient for exploring all of North West Wales. Everything from the Conwy Castle that sits across the water from the hotel to the Great Orme trolley and 3000 year old copper mines to explore. All along with the hospitality of the Welsh people and culture. A grand time... Wish I had longer.
